Curtis did a great job maintaining my AC unit. He was professional, punctual, and clearly knew what he was doing. He replaced the motor and fan blades, recharged the system with R-410A, and also took the time to deep clean the filters.

He explained what he was doing along the way and made sure everything was working properly before he left.

Overall, very satisfied with the quality of work. I’d definitely recommend Mr. Curtis for AC maintenance and repairs.

We recently had American Air Masters install two complete Lennox AC systems in our home, and the experience exceeded expectations.

They installed a 4-ton 16 SEER unit and a 5-ton 15.2 SEER system, both paired with 90,000 BTU gas furnaces, along with new evaporator coils, Wi-Fi thermostats, and upgraded return plenums with high-efficiency 4” filters. The team handled everything seamlessly—connecting to existing electrical, gas, and ductwork, and making sure all components were properly sealed and optimized.

From start to finish, the crew was professional, punctual, and clearly very knowledgeable. They walked us through the setup, answered every question, and paid close attention to detail throughout the installation. The crew was friendly, arrived on time, completed the job in the time agreed to and left the site clean. Other than the replaced air conditioners, I wouldn't know they were in our house.

The systems are running quietly and efficiently, and the quality of workmanship is obvious. It’s clear they take pride in doing the job right.

Came back from a trip on Monday and our unit was not working. Gave Curtis a call and he got me on schedule 8am the next morning. Steve came by to check out my unit and I needed a new blower and wheel. They found the part by midday and had my A/C blowing cool air by that afternoon. In less than 24 hours Curtis had my A/C unit running. Great customer service!

They say that good service is dead, but that's not the case with American Air Masters.

Curtis (owner) made time to visit my mother's house on New Year's Day because her heater stopped working and the house was very cold. On a holiday, he diagnosed the problem, sourced the necessary parts and gave us a very fair price. While the repairs were being made, he even brought my mother his own personal space heaters to help fill the gap while the repairs were being made.

In short, he went above and beyond.

Curtis and his team were professional, courteous, kind and highly responsive. The heater at my mother's house is now humming like new and I've asked Curtis to come service the three systems in my home as well.

I've been using them for years. Always had good experiences. Today they installed a brand new system for me at a great price. Curtis, the owner, is very customer service focused and easy to talk to and knowledgeable. UPDATE 4/21/22 They just did another fantastic install today for me! They always leave my place looking better than when they showed up! UPDATE 6/2/23 STEVE came out and fixed a leak in my drain line very quickly and efficiently. I called at 8am and the repair was done at 10:15am.
