We just had a new Lennix HVAC unit put in by American Air Masters. Curtis came out to give us a bid and explained how and what they were going to do. He answered our every question with great detail before we had to ask. We told him we have a system that is 11 yrs old and that we have never been cool or warm in the master suite. He looked at our current duct work and explained what was wrong.

We had other bids (much more expensive) and none of them explained anything other than a short answer to our questions. One company was not changing any ducts.

Jeff and his crew came at 9: 00 am as scheduled. They were very kind and professional. They completely redid the routing of all ducts. I was totally surprised by this.

I can't even say enough about how great these guys were. I will recommend them highly.

I had Curtis give me an estimate for a new Lennox HVAC in mid Feb. Estimate was very fair, and I could tell he was very knowledgeable. On Feb 17 Jeff and Greg(I think) did the install. Finished job was better than I was expecting. The new system is a huge improvement, and the installation made access to unit easier.I am more than happy with my new HVAC system and American AirMasters. Getting ready to retire and now one less thing to worry about. I would recommend American Air Masters

I had American Air Masters recently install a new HVAC system and re-do all my air ducts. Out of 5 companies they were not the cheapest but they were the most professional and helpful. Curtis did a great job explaining everything in detail so that my wife and I completely understood. On the day of install 2 crews showed up on time and finished the entire project in 1 day. No my house is finally cool and I couldn't be happier. Curtis has also installed systems in my brothers home and 2 other neighbors. This is definitely a reliable company.

Absolutely spectacular company - this is how service companies should be! We first called to get an estimate on a new system in June 2016 (apparently i never "posted" this review at the time, so its delayed), more of a proactive step because we suspected our A/C was on it's last legs. Curtis got tied up on another job and came later than originally planned, which meant at 8:30 on a Friday evening he was at our house, patiently reviewing all the options and explaining what everything meant and how they would the replacement. The poor man was obviously exhausted but he still made sure to go through everything with us. Out of 3 bids he was in the middle, but based on his professionalism and experience (and a few little things they would do and the others didn't) we knew he was the right man for the job. Little did we know our A/C would die the next day - literally. Since it was a big job (we had hoped to wait until fall for a new unit) we decided to try our home warranty. What a nightmare! Not only did they leave us without any A/C in 90-100 degree temps in Texas, the company they sent was incredibly unprofessional, rushed, and honestly we just didn't trust their so-called analysis. So after a week of misery we gave up and called Curtis again. This is where it gets really impressive - they were booked up with installs for 7-10 days, understandable of course but not ideal. When they found out we have no a/c at all they (both he, and his wife who runs the office) immediately offered to provide us with window units to at least get us by. We were amazed, talk about customer care!!! While on the phone with Curtis, he realized it was the end of the day Friday and the warehouse would be closing so he hurried to get ahold of them and told us he'd call us back with a plan. True to his word he called us back (again this is Friday night) and told us he'd pulled a crew in and they would be at our house between 9 and 10 the next morning. The guys showed up at 9:15 am, got right to work and had our system installed by the afternoon. Curtis even stopped by to see how it was going and make sure we were ok. This company is 100% about customers, they genuinely care and they are honest and upfront about every detail. I cannot recommend them enough - if you need A/C repair or replacement in the DFW area definitely call American Air Masters, you won't be disappointed!
